Pagar Con Tarjeta De Crédito / Tarjeta De Débito
   
Puedes pagar con las tarjetas que aparecen aquí arriba. Las compañías de tarjetas de crédito, enumeradas más abajo, son las más usadas en nuestra web. No te preocupes si tu compañía no aparece en la lista, puedes hacer tu compra igualmente.
Ten en cuenta que SHEIN no registra tu número de tarjeta o tu información personal cuando se realiza el pago. Si tienes preguntas sobre las transacciones que se realizan en nuestro sitio, acércate a tu institución bancaria para más información.

Pagos A Meses
    
Los pagos a meses son válidos cuando pagas con tu tarjeta de credito. Puedes dividir tu compra en hasta 12 mensualidades.
El valor mínimo para hacer una compra es de 3MXN. Para pagos de 3 meses o más, el valor mínimo por mensualidad es de 100MXN.

Pago Con Paypal
Al elegir pagar con PayPal serás dirigido a la página de PayPal donde tendrás que iniciar sesión con tu nombre de usuario y contraseña para confirmar tu pago.
Si aún no tienes una cuenta PayPal, puedes hacer clic en "¿Aún no tienes una cuenta PayPal? " o bien puedes pagar directamente con tarjeta de crédito y validar tu pago de forma segura vía PayPal.

Pago Con OXXO
Ponemos a su disposición OXXO como forma de pago. Una vez que la compra se haya finalizado, recibirá un resguardo con un código de barras donde aparecerá la referencia de la transacción. El resguardo debe ser impreso y pagado en cualquiera de los 13,000 establecimientos OXXO de Mexico.
If you have purchased Monday - Friday before 9am PST, your order will ship out that day.
If you purchase after 9am PST we cannot guarantee same day shipping.
Lastly, if you purchase during the weekend or a holiday we will be shipping out your order the next business day.
We pride ourselves on the ability to get your orders as fast as possible, which means if you need to make a change to your order please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to get your order changed ,but if your order has reached our fulfillment center ,we have no way of changing your order or canceling it.
Yes! We have a 60-day return policy, so you have up to 90 days from the time you receive your watch to return it for a full refund or exchange it.
Returns & Exchanges
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please send email to care@gymonster.club, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After our Customer Service team confirm the item can be retunrned, you will receive return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account in advance or your PayPal account.
Return Conditions
1. You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Gymontser.club products .
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please send email to care@gymonster.club, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
